Refunds or returns are only considered in very rare and specific situations, and only with solid proof of a significant issue, such as an order error on our part or a quality concern.

We believe in providing a solution that is both fair to you and sustainable for our business. In most cases (approximately 99% of situations), rather than a direct cash refund, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  3. Account Credit: The value of your order may be saved as a credit in your account for use on a future order.

      Please note that a direct monetary refund to your bank account is an option on very rare occasions and is reserved for situations that meet our strict refund criteria.

      Payment Methods and Refunds

      • Cash on Delivery: If you paid with Cash on Delivery and a refund is approved, the refund will be processed as an online refund to your bank account.
      • Online Bank Transfers: Refunds for orders paid via online bank transfer, when approved, will be processed back to the same bank account used for the original payment.
